Vickie Carol (Jennings) Semety

Vickie Carol Semety age 66, of Gilmer, Texas passed away on December 29, 2021 in Longview, Texas. She was born on Decmeber 29, 1955 in Texarkana, Texas to Richard Jennings and Patsy Joan Kundes Jennings.

Vickie retired from the City of Longview after 20 years in the finance department. She loved fishing, camping, and watching Nascar and football every chance she got.

She is survived by five sisters, Leona Jennings of Little Rock, AR; Patty Adams of Texarkana, TX; Sherri Jennings of Texarkana TX; Jeannette Jennings of Gilmer, TX; Denise Jennings of New Boston TX; and one brother, Ricky Jennings of Texarkana AR; her furbaby, Gidget; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends that she loved very deeply.

Vickie Carol Semety was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie Semety and both her parents.


A Life Celebration Funeral Service for Vickie will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 10:00 am at The Cammack Family Welch Funeral Home In Longview, Texas.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service.
