Tullie Marie Webb passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, at the age of 99, in Longview, TX.  She was born on September 23, 1925 to Raymond and Laura Mae Magrill.  She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Webb and is survived by sons, Darrell Webb and wife Kathy, Gary Webb and wife Martha; grandchildren, Benjamin Webb and wife Victoria, Kymberli Stanley and husband Chris, Lauren Reeves and husband Justin; and great-grandsons, Luke Webb and Blaize Moris.

Tullie Marie's life was a life of devotion to her family, her church, and the simple joys that make a life well-lived. She was a friend to all, greeting everyone with a warm smile and a kindness that touched the lives of so many.  She lived her entire life in Spring Hill, TX and was a member of Spring Hill High School’s first graduating class in 1942.  She was an active member of Elmira Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church since childhood and served as church librarian for many years.  She was also active in the Gregg County Extension Service where she was honored as Woman of the Year.  An avid lover of nature's beauty, Tullie Marie found great joy in the raising of plants and flowers and was active in the Carmen Thomas Chrysanthemum Club.  Her passion for cooking was another way she expressed her love, crafting wonderful meals for family and friends.  She was totally involved in every aspect of her sons’ upbringing  and provided unconditional love and support throughout their lives.

Tullie Marie Webb lived her life with a loving heart and friendly demeanor that drew people to her. She was the embodiment of kindness, a woman whose legacy will be measured in the countless moments of love, joy, and comfort she provided.  She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain a guiding light for all who were blessed to know her.
