Patricia Diana (Sapp) Jager

Patricia Jager, 71, of Elysian Fields, Texas, passed away on January 19, 2025 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was born December 23, 1953, in Jacksonville, Florida to Lora Ruth (Reed) and William "Bill" Sapp. Patty grew up in Shreveport and graduated from Friendship Academy School.

She is survived by Her Husband, Douglas; daughter, Angela Pesnell; granddaughters, Shealynn, Sierra, Sheridan &; siblings, Beverly Hooker, and Sharon.

Patty is preceded in death by her grandson Mathew and brother Tommy Sapp.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 till 7:00 P.M. on Friday, January 23, 2025 at The Cammack Family Directors of Funerals located at 100 East Travis Street, Marshall, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. at St. Timothy's Anglican Church located at 8901 FM 4491, Hallsville, Texas, with Father Shawn Duncan officiating.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday at the Elysian Fields Cemetery, with Darwyn Cooper, Chris Flowers, Billy Flowers II, and Christopher Altnau serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Kevin Hooker.
