Patricia Dorroh Life Story
Patricia Bennett Dorroh went to be with her Lord and Savior June 8, 2025. She was born October 28, 1938 to Bill and Mittie Lois Bennett in Georgetown, GA.
After graduating high school she moved to Roswell, NM. While working at a bank there she met a bank examiner CD Dorroh. They were married October 3, 1959. They were married for 60 years.
In 1964 they, along with their 3 year old daughter Cindy, moved to Troup, Tx where they had bought a 300 acre farm. CD raised cattle while Pat worked at the First State Bank in Overton, Tx. She worked there for 36 years before retiring.
In 2016 Pat and CD sold their farm and moved to Longview, Tx to be closer to their daughter Cindy.
Pat is preceded in death by her husband CD Dorroh, grandsons Christopher and Eric Jehlen, parents Bill and Mittie Lois Bennett, brothers Marion Bennett, Kenneth Bennett and sisters Kathryn Rogers and Janice Sellers.
She is survived by her daughter Cindy Watson and her husband Rick. Grandsons Dustin Jehlen and Richard Watson and wife Jacie. Great grandsons William and Wyatt Watson. She also leaves behind her little dog Spunky.
The family wishes to thank Heartis Assisted Living and Memory Care for their exceptional care of their Mother. Thanks to Marshall Hospice for caring for Mom in her final days.
