Pamela Sanders Life Story

Pamela Sue Sanders, known affectionately as Pam to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2024, in Longview, Texas. Born on November 22, 1957, in Dallas, Texas, Pam was a beacon of love and kindness throughout her 66 years of life.

Pamela's early years in Dallas were filled with the warmth of a close-knit family, and her nurturing spirit was evident even as a young girl. As she grew, she developed a love for crafts and sewing, passions that would bring joy to many throughout her life. She was a homemaker, dedicating her life to creating a loving environment for her family and all who crossed her threshold.

Her legacy is carried on by her beloved family, including her mother, Barbara Jackson; her daughter, Crystal Sanders; her sisters, Wanda Wright and Anita Greer; her brother and sister-in-law, David and Teresa Jackson; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Ramsey, Haley, Logan, and Jackson Ogden; her niece, Amber Greer; her nephews, William Jackson and Kristopher Wright; her great-nieces, Addisyn and Khloe Greer, and Presley Wright; her special friends, Cory Rains and Jerry Thurman; and her devoted caregiver and friend, Kimberly Cox.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, William R. Jackson; her aunts, Dorothy and Bobby Jackson; her uncle, Gene Jackson; her grandparents, Thelma and Brian McKinney, and William and Lessie May Jackson; her niece, Tiffany Trice; and her brother-in-law, Dwight Wright. Her family takes comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her loved ones who passed before her.

Pamela's life was a testament to the virtues of love, kindness, and selflessness. She was the heart of her family, always there to offer support, a listening ear, or a helping hand. Her ability to make everyone feel special and loved was her gift to the world. Her role as a mother was paramount, and she embraced every moment with grace and joy. But of all the titles she held, "Pam Pam" to her great-niece Khloe was perhaps her most cherished.

Her home was an extension of her heart, where the door was always open. Pamela's hands were rarely still, as she poured her creativity into sewing and crafting projects that she loved to share with others. Her work was not just a hobby but a means of expressing her care and affection.

Pamela's life was not marked by accolades or professional achievements, but rather by the immeasurable impact she had on those around her. The simple, everyday moments she shared with her family and friends were the ones she treasured most. From the laughter-filled holidays to the afternoons spent crafting, every memory made with Pamela is a precious keepsake for those who loved her.

As we bid farewell to Pamela Sue Sanders, we celebrate a life beautifully lived. We remember her not just for the roles she played within her family but for the love that she so freely gave. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and her legacy of kindness will ripple through generations.

In her memory, let us hold our loved ones a little closer, speak kind words a little more often, and make the world a little brighter, as Pam did every day of her life. She will be deeply missed, but the light of her love will never fade.
