Oma "Jean" Sepulvado peacefully went to meet our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the age of 84. Jean was born on Saturday, September 28, 1940, in Farmerville, Louisiana to Maxwell and Jessie Lee Jones. On June 22,1959 she married Frank Sepulvado, and they happily shared 60 years of marriage. She Graduated Farmerville high school in 1958 and attended Panola College for a short nutritional course. Jean worked at Schiff's Jewelry in Tyler, TX before she moved to Marshall, Texas in 1963. Jean volunteered at St. Joesph's Catholic School cafeteria for 3yrs before becoming the cafeteria manager for 20 years. She loved the all the children very much. Jean was baptized into St. Joesph's Catholic Church and was a member of the Legion of Mary and Catholic Daughters of America. She very much enjoyed going to the Young at Heart luncheons. As a member of the Angel's of Hope Cancer Society her delicious pies, cakes, and candies were always popular during the annual Relay for Life fundraiser. Jean's family was her life. Jean spent her last two years bedridden with her daughter Amy and adored the time together and the care she received. Jean is preceded in death by her parents, Maxwell and Jessie Lee; her brother Connie Max Jones; her sister Audrey "Bonita" Halford; her husband, Frank Sepulvado; and her daughter, Tammy Morton. Jean is survived by her daughters, Paula Matter and Amy Ellis, and Evelyn Sepulvado; grandchildren, Mandy Osuma, Rochelle Francis, Brenton Westbrook; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Tia, Peighton, Preston and Brooks, great-great children, Kylo, Keanu, Luke, and Tristen. Visitation will be held at The Cammack Family Funeral Home in Marshall from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 pm. A Rosary will be held at 2:30pm t St. Joseph Catholic Church prior to the 3:00 P.M. Funeral Mass. Her final resting place will be between her husband and daughter at New Grover Cemetery in Marshall, Texas.
