He is preceded in death by one brother, Ricky, and parents Judy and Gerald.
Survived by brother Rod , sister Penny Hendrix, son Chad. Stepdaughters Lindsay and Melissa and several nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at The Cammack Family, Welch funeral Home in Longview, Texas.
