Life Celebration Funeral Services for Mr. Jimmie Harold Jones, age 79, of Longview, Texas will be held on Monday, September 30th, 2024 at The Cammack Family Welch Funeral Home in Longview, Texas. A time of visitation will be held prior to services on Monday, September 30th, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.


Jimmie Harold Jones was born February 7, 1945 in Big Springs, Howard County, TX. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran that served during the Vietnam War. Jimmie was the proud business owner of J.H. Jones Welding Service for over 30 years. Jimmie was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Magdlene Harris- his father, Paul Herald Jones- sister, Mary Ella Jo Jones- brother, Dennis Paul Jones- Granddaughter, Katie Marie Jones. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 yrs, Thelma Jean Jones. Sister, Helen "Jody" Pauline Friend.

He is also survived by his children and spouses, Susan Williams (Tim), James Jones (Rachelle), David Jones (Tiffany), Stephen Jones (Christina). Grandchildren, Alicia Croteau, Michael Croteau, Matthew Jones, Hayden West, Joseph and Mackenzie Jones, Gabriella, Brittany, Katryna, Jeremiahe, Jace, Julianna, Colton and Great Grandchildren, Amelia, Paisley and Diamantina.
