Gary Watson Life Story

Gary Lynn Watson passed peacefully to go to his eternal home on Friday May 28, 2021, with his wife, and daughter by his side. He was born in Longview Texas, on August 24, 1944, to Valton (VJ) & Sybil Watson. He graduated Pine Tree High School in 1962. Gary married Delores Orms in 1963. Gary and Delores would
have celebrated 58 years of marriage in September.

Gary began his professional journey at USI, and later transitioned into the Oil and Gas Industry and was employed by Sohio Pipeline and BP Oil. After several decades in the Oil and Gas Industry; Gary and Delores decided to put their Faith in the Lord and start their own business. In 1996 TICO, Technical Installation Company was formed. Gary’s work ethic combined with his passion for perfection resulted in exponential growth. Gary always gave credit to The Lord, Jesus Christ for the blessings in his life. To quote Gary, “To God
Be the Glory”.

Gary’s greatest joy was spending time with his family. He enjoyed family vacations, and long weekends for a little deep-sea fishing, or fishing of any kind. Gary had a love for the lake, just as his parents did. Gary and Delores enjoyed their lake house and made many special memories with their family.

Gary was also known for his love of cars. Owning several muscle cars and even a couple of race cars over the years. And the most popular were his two red classic 68 Camaro’s, he called “The Twins”.
