He is survived by; his wife Ofilia Villarreal, daughter Manuela Byler, three stepsons; Brandon Rendon, Michael Worden, Rudy Rendon JRand, two brothers Bill Hughes and wife Belinda, Roger Hughes.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Mother Bonnie Jean McCaig and Father Leroy Hughes, and Brother Roy Hughes-Brother.
