Beauty Mae Milton-John

Beauty Mae Milton John, age 90, passed away at her home on Thursday, December 14, 2023. She was born on September 21, 1933 in Eutaw, Alabama to Abner Harold and Rosenia Kennedy Milton. She is survived by her son, John Gisy; the love of her life, Wolfgang John; the daughters of her heart, Jessie Bonner and Jenny Blackburn; her cousins from Detroit, Michigan and other family members and friends who knew and loved her. Beauty loved to sing and was a world known singer, actress and model, starting her singing career in Berlin, Germany while she was proudly serving her country in the United States Navy, after enlisting at age 17. She loved dogs, flowers, decorating for all holidays and people. Her life was well lived and she was well loved. Her caregivers, who were also considered family, would like to extend a special, heartfelt thanks to Visiting Angels for the care and love shown to Beauty. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 10:00am at Rose Hill Garden Cemetery in Marshall with Debbie Rogers officiating.
