Arlene Arthaud Life Story
Arlene Ann Arthaud was born April 4, 1949, in North Bend, Nebraska and passed away at home in Longview, Texas, on April 5, 2019. A memorial mass will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 13, 2019 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church and the family will receive friends at 9:30 A.M. at the church. Welch Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
Arlene was employed at White Oak State Bank and various retail stores in Longview. She had a very loving and generous heart for all of God's creatures.
Survivors include her son, Michael Arthaud of Fort Worth, her sister, Jean Chromy of Kearny, Nebraska, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Marie Sloup, and her sister, Carolyn Novotny.
