Amanda Gayle Ferrell, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in Chalk Hill, Texas on October 25, 2023. Born in Houston, Texas on May 22, 1979, Amanda lived her life with unyielding love, selflessness, and thoughtfulness that touched the hearts of many.

Born to her four doting parents, Roger, Pam Kulig, Ernest Engles, and Brenda Callahan, Amanda was raised with the understanding that family was the cornerstone of life. This understanding was evident in the deep love and care she bestowed upon her own family.

Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy. She was blessed with three sons, Justin, Ben and his wife Alecia, Robert and his wife Cameron, and a daughter, Alyssa O'Con and her husband Jarrett. Amanda was a beacon of love and support to her children, always there to guide and nurture them. The light of her life grew even brighter with the arrival of her grandchildren, Brynleigh, Wyatt, Walker, Robert Jr (Bo), and a soon to be born baby girl.

Amanda was the cherished sister of Shawnda Kulig, Belinda Baird and her husband Jonathan, Tiffany Snow and her husband David, and Randy Kulig. She was a loving aunt to her 21 nieces and nephews and 3 great nephews and niece.

Amanda's family was her world, and she was the heart of hers. Her love and commitment to her family will forever be remembered and cherished.
Amanda found joy in the simple moments of life. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

Amanda was preceded in death by her father Ernest Engles, her brothers Jeffrey Kulig, Robert, and Justin Engles, and her sister Amy Jennings Riche. Their memories will forever be etched in her heart and their love will continue to guide her in the next journey of life.

In the words of those who knew her best, Amanda was a loving and thoughtful woman who lived her life for her family. She was selfless in her actions, always placing the needs of others before her own. Her memory will forever be a source of inspiration and strength for those she left behind.
