Tony Lehr Life Story
Tony "Bubba" Lehr, born in Longview April 7, 1969, went to his heavenly home October 23rd, 2019. He was a lifelong resident of Hallsville, Texas, graduating class of 1987. Go Bobcats. Bubba worked for Trinity Industries as a track mobile operator for twenty plus years. He enjoyed cooking on his big smoker, for all his family and friends, watching the Aggies, Cowboys, and Rangers play ball.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Peggy Richardson Lehr, brother Jimmy Davis Jr., and sister Tammy Davis Montgomery.
He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Lehr, daughters Amber Overton, Hollee Lehr, son Nico Lehr, sisters Jeri Davis Allen (Robert), Terri Davis Brock (Tommy), John Richardson, (Maria), Tracy Lehr Shoemaker (Joel), and beloved fur baby pug Roscoe, and nieces and nephews. Special thanks to close friends James Linton, Brian Bullard, John Martin, Bryan Naismith, Joe Case.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation Monday, October 28th, 2019 from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Garden Court of Welch Funeral Home.
A Life Celebration funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Welch Funeral Home Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at 2:00pm. No graveside services will be held. Interment will be in Winterfield Cemetery.
