Steven Allen Carter, age 62, of Longview, Texas and a lifelong resident of Harrison County passed away on Wednesday, April 24th, 2019, at his home. He was born on November 9th, 1956, in Mineola, Texas. He grew up in Hallsville, Texas with his parents, Laura and Earl E. Nolen, and graduated from Hallsville High School. Steven worked as a welder for over 30 years
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2019, at Salem Cemetery in Alba, Texas at 11:00 A.M. with Chaplain James Peoples officiating.
