Mishelle Elicia (Woods) Clapper

Mishelle Elicia Clapper was born September 6th, 1970 in Fairfield, California. Mishelle passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on September 20th, 2019.

She is survived by her husband Shane Clapper, son Chase Frazier and wife Amanda, son Taylor Clapper and wife Jessica, granddaughter Addison Clapper, uncle Hal Glen Woods, great aunts Lenore Bouge and May Hundall, great uncle Richard “Buck” Cross, niece Brenda Shepard, cousin Kevin Stricklen, and many close friends. Mishelle was preceded in death by her grandparents James and Wille Woods, and mother Sharon Lee Woods. 

Mishelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had recently celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary. She was a long-time employee of Austin Bank where she made many close friends.   Her greatest joys in life were being a mother and grandmother. Mishelle loved any kind of gathering where her family and friends could all be together, especially summertime camping trips.

The Life Celebration memorial services will be held at 10 o’clock in the morning, Friday, October 4, 2019, in the Chapel of Welch Funeral Home.
