Judith Elaine (Hays) Wolaver

Mrs. Judith Elaine Wolaver, age 77, of Jefferson, passed away Saturday September 21, 2019. She was born October 15,1941 in Houston, daughter of the late James and Mary Hays.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband George Daniel Wolaver; sister Carrol Scott; brother Neil Hays; and daughter Janet Andreason.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Longview, and a homemaker. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family.
A funeral service will be held Friday, September 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Evers officiating. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service.
Judy is survived by her daughter and son-in- law, Sherrie and Gerald Ridgeway of Harleton; Her son Mark Wolaver; 4 grandchildren and spouses- Heather and Troy McGuire, Joseph and Hillary Copeland, Brett Burian, and Michael Earley; 5 great grandchildren Ainsley, Delaney, Ian, Grant, and Owen; and lifetime friend Bobby Bland.
Her family is thankful to her caregivers at Heritage House of Marshall.
