Cara Franchaele Cardinal was born on June 25, 1977 in Gladewater Tx to Gay Wagner and Ray Cardinal. She attended school in Ore City, Texas and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.
Cara was preceded in death by her sister Daimy Newman(Cardinal), brother Ryan Cardinal, nephew Keaton Westmoreland.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter Briana F. Wheeler, mother Gay Wagner of Ore City, Texas, a brother and sister Ryan and Daimy Cardinal all of Ore City, Texas.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. in the Welch Funeral Home Chapel.
