The owners and partners of Welch Funeral Home far surpassed any expectations I had surrounding the unexpected death of my husband, Johnny Griffith. Dealing with a loved one's death is difficult, but they gave me peace in exchange for my fears, and comfort to replace the chaos in my life at that moment. I will carry a positive memory forward with me for years to come, thanks to their loving spirits and generous souls.

Welch’s Funeral home and the director Tony Aguilar went above and beyond for my dads, Cullen Hill, Funeral. My family and I are so grateful for Tony, he not only listened to our stories about dad, but he recreated his spirit, and memories. Tony Aguilar is simply amazing. I have had the misfortune to be involved in several family members funerals over the years and the experience with Tony was unlike any. People that came that didn’t even have a personal connection left feeling like they knew my brother in law after seeing the displays. He went well above and beyond. I would recommend anyone going through an emotional event like this to trust Tony and put it in his hands.

I have known Blake and his family for many years and watched him grow and mature into the kind and caring man he is today. He has been a true friend and is always ready to help. When my husband and son stepped into glory he took the reins and did everything that needed to be done and spared me so many details that I didn't have a clue about. Losing family is the hardest thing we ever face but rest assured if you need the Cammack family you will be in the very best hands for making the loss as easy as anyone possibly can. Tatum ISD lost another beautiful and talented former student over the holidays. The funeral home was in constant contact with me to answer any questions I might have as they prepared a beautiful service for our student. The funeral home coordinated with me along the way to walk through the auditorium the day before so they could be prepared, they made sure the school auditorium and cafeteria was set up well in advance of the family arriving and were always so professional when dealing with our students. I personally witnessed Blake and his staff going well beyond to help the family and our community through this tough time. We appreciate you taking this sensitive time and creating a creative atrium of flowers, photos of Dad, his US Marine Corp memorabilia and medals, his favorite candy, including games he loved, the poker table. You really went out of your way to listen and implement the 3 sisters input. It was very kind and gracious of you to include our special aunt, his grieving sister. Thank you Tony for designing all the thoughtful mementos for our family. Mr. Aguilar we gratefully appreciate you coordinating the US Marines saluting our father during this remarkable memorial. You recently conducted funeral services for my brother, Mike, M. Campbell. We thought you and your staff did an exemplary job with a very short preparation time. The picture wall and memorabilia really captured the essence of Mike’s loves and his life, the video was well done, and most everyone who attended the viewing or services expressed their feelings that it was unquestionably about Mike.

Our family has unfortunately attended more than our share of funerals of late, but I honestly believe that Mike’s service was better done than any of the others. We appreciated the attention to detail and the accuracy of the presentation. Without any hesitation, I will say that my brother would have approved of every element.

Thank you for the courtesies and care shown our family. We have always considered Welch to be top drawer for final services and have held numerous services for relatives over the years from grandparents, parents, and now siblings. My brother in law was at this wonderful funeral home. Welch Funeral home did a wonderful job. Everything was very lovely and so beautiful. And for them to go out of their way for the posters and banners was just beautiful. They searched for Kenneth on facebook and took it upon themselves to make the posters and banners free of charge. Our son was killed in a motorcycle accident on January 11, 2017 needless to say it was devastating we did not think there was a chance of an open casket but Blake Cammack and his staff did an awesome job also our son loved chrome wheels so Blake and my husband made it happen our son used to own a low rider blue truck which carried his casket to his final resting place I have to say his funeral impacted so many people and there was one young man who gave his life to Jesus at the funeral I don't think I have ever been to a funeral like it before we were honored and proud thank you Welch Funeral Home for all you did for our family words cannot express how much it meant to us

I will forever be grateful to you for all the help and support from everyone there. Blake and staff went above and beyond making sure that everything was just as we wished. Please let everyone know how much they are appreciated.
