Carol Sue Miller

Carol Sue Miller 81 formerly of Daingerfield, Tx, and long time resident of Longview, Tx passed away Thursday morning, October 4, 2018. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2018, followed by a service led by Bro. Donnie Barron in the Chapel at Welch Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Gregg Nazzel, Roger Henderson, Ronnie Woodlief, Mike Godsey, Billy Wade Barnard, and honorary bearer Glenn Stewart
Ms. Miller was born in Fort Worth, Tx on December 15, 1936. She was the daughter of Maury and Lorene Thomas and sister to Jim Thomas. She grew up and graduated from Daingerfield High School in 1955. She was a dedicated member of Calvary Baptist church in Longview.
She is preceded in death by her parents Maury, and Lorene Thomas and her brother Jim and his wife Mary Joe, Hairl Price, Joe Tucker, and Bill Miller.
Carol is survived by her son Steve Billingslea and his wife, Amy of Longview, Tx. Grandchildren Joe Billingslea and his wife, Maknzy and their two children Anderson and Addilyn of Marshall, and granddaughters Katie and Missy Billingslea of Longview. She also is survived by two nephews Maury Thomas of Mathis Texas, and Allen Thomas of Corpus Christi.
